Assessment

Investigation and Identification

To begin the process, we perform an initial on-site assessment by investigation of the problems you are having.

The initial assessment can take from 1 day to 3 days depending on the size and complexity of your business.

Shortly after the initial assessment, we deliver a report containing our findings, identifying areas to improve and making specific recommendations to the leadership.

Implementation

Direct Support and Consultation

Next, in the implementation phase, we provide hands-on work designs and direct support to teams.We demonstrate techniques to identify the value-added elements of current work and identify opportunities for improvement based on a framework of work designs, principles and visual management.

Our visual management techniques increase accountability; issues, status and deadlines become visible to all parties.
