Jittra Lynde is president and founder of Lean Knowledge Consulting Inc. Ms. Lynde’s unique background and career experiences have enabled her to provide extraordinary business management consulting to companies with divergent cultures and needs. Ms. Lynde started her career as an engineer and spent over 10 years at Toyota where she advanced to Statistical Quality Control master trainer, Chief Engineer and leader of product quality teams in Product Development. In Japan, Ms. Lynde was coached in and practiced the Toyota Production System techniques and the proper use of lean and statistical tools in disciplined Japanese manufacturing, retailing, and high-tech warehouse & distribution environments.

In the United States, she acquired her lean-six sigma black belt and has practiced and coached leadership skills as an internal and external consultant for over 12 years. Her work has involved consulting in a variety of corporate cultures from publicly traded companies to family owned businesses in North America and Asia.

Throughout her consulting career, she has applied Toyota Management System principles with outstanding results in diverse industries from manufacturing and retailing to oil and gas, mining and genomic laboratories management. She focuses not only process, but also people by use of effective work designs, visual management, structured problem solving, and pull techniques. Ms. Lynde’s consulting experiences have been in sales, engineering, product development, supply chain, production, quality control, inventory management, accounting and finance. She has successfully helped clients reduce costs and improve quality & delivery while enhancing employee engagement and morale company-wide.

Ms. Lynde holds a BS degree in Industrial Engineering from Chulalongkorn University in Thailand along with a Masters degree in Material Science Engineering from the Nagaoka University and a Masters of Business Management degree from the International University of Japan.
